Our story | More than 45 years at home in Tervuren and surroundings

Our office was founded in 1978 and has experienced continuous growth over the years. What started over forty years ago as a sole proprietorship is now a thriving company with more than twenty loyal employees. Our team consists of a talented mix of experienced experts and young motivated colleagues, all strong in their own field. We are deeply rooted locally in the wider area of Tervuren and the Druivenstreek. Our services are mainly focused on the Brussels-Leuven axis, where our office is located in the center of Tervuren.

Since 2023, Ifac Service has been a part of Gerantis, the Belgian group specialized in the professional and sustainable management of real estate. Together with Gerantis, we work at the intersection of technical, financial, legal, and administrative management in residential, commercial, and healthcare real estate, as well as the traditional sales and rentals.
